Terms and Condition
The room rate are inclusive 21% tax and service and Daily Buffet Breakfast
Reservation will be processed on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS
Accommodation reservation must be made through the Symposium Organizer by filling the Hotel Reservation Form. The form must be signed by the participant and must be received by the Symposium Organizer by March 13, 2013
Hotel confirmation and room guarantee will only be issued upon receipt of the completed Hotel Reservation Form
enclosed with credit card details and one night deposit
A one night cancellation charge will be applied to participant’s account for cancellation received after the reservation is being confirmed by Hotel (an official confirmation letter is being endorsed and sent)
A 50% charge from the total amount of period reserved will be applied to participant’s account for cancellation received 14 days prior to the arrival date
No show/cancellation received on the arrival date, a 100% charge from the total amount of period reserved will be applied to participant’s account
